Return & Exchange PolicyExchange or return is allowed in-store only within 14 days from the date of purchase – all goods except :
All types of shapewears that are in direct contact with the skin, which contain a healthy opening from the bottom, thermal and non-thermal.
Which are subject to the law of exchange and return only within 24 hours from the date of purchase according to Kuwait Law No. 39/2014 for goods in contact with the skin.Medical accessories and sponge goods are not exchangeable or returnable for health reasons.
The customer has the right to exchange or return within 24 hours, provided that the goods are completely unused and in the same condition of purchase, free from stains or defects, and in a condition that allows them to be sold again with the card (label or tag) attached to it fully wrapped.
With the need to invoke the original purchase invoice when exchanging or returning.* Curves shall not exchange or return any corsets that have been proven to have been used or tried in any way for health reasons*.
But some conditions qualify you for an exchange :
- If the delivered product is not the product that you ordered.
- If the problem you’re facing is due to an error in the product’s manufacturing. If the size, color or model, of the delivered product, are different from what was ordered.
- For an exchange, both the packaging and the product must be in perfect condition.
Shipping & delivery Policy
We deliver our products daily to all Kuwait areas (except farms and chalets ) , your order will arrive at the same day if the order is made before 2 pm or will arrive the day after for orders made after 2 pm .
Delivery to all Kuwait areas costs 3KD.
We also offer an international shipping . Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
For GCC & international countries orders shipping Cost will be calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination and the total cost of your order (number of items). PLEASE note that the shipping price paid does not include any customs fees imposed by your country , which are paid by the customer upon delivery.
Orders from GCC & International countries are shipped with DHL .
Orders from GCC will arrive within 2-5 Business Days.
Orders from international countries will arrive within 5-7 Business Days.
